Person 1 (to CAB driver): Excuse me!!! Can you turn of the music?
Music Continues to Play!!!
Person 1 (to CAB driver): Excuse me!!! I don't know if you heard me, but can you please turn of the music???
Turns to me and says ...
Person 1: Omg, is he deaf or something?
The person who said this is really great and did not realize the implications of his/her words. Remember the childhood rhyme, "Sticks and Stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me." Unfortunately, no matter what we say, WORDS hurt!!! Whether it is bullies in school or friends, offensive remarks always attack the soul!
